A commercial unit taken back to white — walls, the ceiling line, and most of the hours in a full-height run of built-in shelving divided into deep square compartments.
Every internal edge of that unit was brushed out by hand so the joinery reads as part of the wall rather than as furniture standing against it. Grid shelving is slow, fiddly work, and it is obvious from across the room when it has been rushed.
