A Boat Quay bar where the brickwork does the decorating, so the paintwork had to stay out of its way — ceilings and the surfaces above the line brought back clean and bright, and everything below left to the brick, the timber and the planting.
Air-conditioning cassettes were bagged, the banquettes and tables sheeted, and the whole job run around a room that had to open for trade again.
