This is a whole commercial floorplate rather than a room, and it was taken the whole way — from bare grey plasterboard and exposed services to a finished, occupied office. That means the unglamorous work came first: plasterboard joints and screw heads filled and stopped, soffit patches skimmed and feathered out flat, then the lot rolled white so the ceiling line runs unbroken past the sprinkler mains, the cable trays and the columns.
A job this size is a question of coordination as much as coverage. Multiple work faces run at once — scaffold tower on one wall, ladders and extension-pole rollers on the next — with floors sheeted and openings masked so the trades following behind inherit a clean space. The finished floor now reads as one even envelope: white walls and ceiling behind the charcoal acoustic rafts, the enclosed offices and meeting rooms in a warmer off-white, and hand-applied textured feature walls at the front of house where the space needs to make an impression.
